Two of my three kiddos in their halloween costumes! | OK Child photographer

My two youngest kiddos in their costumes, though Natalie’s is actually from last year.  We ordered her costume from Chasing Fireflies in September, but it never arrived.  I was pretty disappointed, but thankfully she took it in stride and said, “well, I guess I’ll just be Rapunzel again this year!” and went to her closet and dug out the old tattered dress that has had a year of wear.  Love this girl and her happy go lucky attitude 🙂  Carter has two costumes this year (figures, right?!), this one is the football uniform that looks like daddy’s high school uniform, complete with daddy’s number and of course personalized with our last name 😉  His other costume is scooby doo, their current favorite cartoon!  It’s equally adorable 🙂

It’s times like this that I wish I could just sit and watch him for hours.  Good thing I’ll always have this photo to take me right back here whenever I want 🙂

OK Humane Foster & Adoption | our new foster Emmy!

I have a huge love of animals, I always have.  We have two cocker spaniels, a shih tzu, and a gray tabby cat, and we hope to add another shih tzu so Abby has a buddy!  I started fostering for the OK Humane Society over the summer and I am hooked!  We just got our third foster doggie yesterday, and so far all of our fosters have been wonderful.  They are loving, sweet, and have been great with our kids.  It’s hard to let them go to adoption, but it’s so worth it knowing we helped save the life of a precious furbaby and helped them get to their forever family who will love them for life.  I have been SO impressed with OK Humane!  The process is so easy, and it doesn’t cost us a dime, they provide everything you need including food, crate, collar, leash, medical care…everything!  They are in your home for about 2-3 weeks then they ready for adoption.

She came to us mostly house trained, with a day or two of learning our routine she will be good to go.  And she has been so great with our kids,

she even slept on our daughter’s bed all night last night, so sweet!
